• The shipment details you choose to describe;
• Any other information you write in the subject and message field.

We do not use analytics or advertising cookies on this website.

Why we use it

Solely to answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation, and carry out the transport or logistics service you request. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.

Where a shipment requires it, we share the minimum necessary details with carriers, customs authorities, and clearing agents involved in moving your goods.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a booking 12months. Records relating to a completed shipment: for as long as tax and customs rules require us to retain them.

Your rights

Under Rwandan data protection law you may ask us to give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, or delete it where we have no remaining legal reason to keep it. Write to fortisfreightlogistics@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
